H.E. Chogye Trichen Rinpoche says about the practice of Guru Yoga: “During the course of one’s practice we can receive blessings and recognize the nature of mind. This is especially true of the practice of Guru Yoga. When the Guru dissolves into our heart, and our mind merges with the mind of the Guru, we remain in a state of emptiness. This is simply a less elaborate form of what takes place during empowerment, the method by which blessings may be received and the recognition of the nature of mind may occur.”

  • 24 April at 14:00 Chenrézig meditation by Khenpo Tashi Sangpo Lag, and then “Preliminary practices and their importance, by Bernard Altschuh.
