In this seminar, we will explore multiplicity, impermanence, suffering, and the absence of an intrinsic self, cultivating clarity, focus, and compassion. Through analytical and contemplative practices, we will learn to observe reality with awareness and open-mindedness, thus transforming our minds in our daily lives.
