Join us for a weekend seminar exploring the workings of the mind and the art of mental cultivation, based on what is often called the most beautiful of all Buddhist meditations: the cultivation of limitless love.
This seminar will be practice-oriented while providing essential instructions on how to nurture wholesome states and skillfully navigate potential obstacles and pitfalls.

Together, we will discuss and experience core practices that unlock deep serenity, radical acceptance of oneself and others, and universal love—essential foundations for the path to awakening.
